At 3raab Perfumes, we provide Authentic products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy ensures a smooth process for resolving any issues.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- In case the item opened, and plastic covers opens, it’s not returnable, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping the Product: The item must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or defective.
- Inspection & Confirmation: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
3. Refund Policy

- Processing Time: Refunds may take 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
